Founder Ray Prince MMus, PgDip created Gospel Revisited Project because of his love and passion for the genre.
Ray wanted to honour gospel innovators through the revisiting of the music, which has been so impactful for the music industry in general, but more specifically for the Black Caribbean diaspora and culture.
He is supported in his mission to bring gospel to the masses,
in new and imaginative ways, by respected composer Jonathan Silk.
Gospel Revisited Project has paid tribute to inspirational gospel pioneers in a variety of prestigious venues across Birmingham, including B:Music (Birmingham Town & Symphony Hall), the Midlands Arts Centre and Bramall Music Building.
The project has thrilled diverse audiences of hundreds across the Midlands, whilst honouring the memory of many amazing iconic lyricists and artists.
